This website does not use forms, user accounts, analytics or non-essential cookies. When an email link is selected, the message is drafted and sent using the visitor's email application.

Data received by email

If you contact Midala by email, the information included in your message will be processed to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or manage a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. The legal basis will be the pre-contractual steps you request, performance of a contract or, where applicable, the legitimate interest in responding to professional communications.

Retention

Enquiries that do not progress will be retained only for the period reasonably required to deal with them and any resulting responsibilities. Contractual documents will be retained for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients and transfers

Data will not be disclosed except where legally required or where necessary to provide the service through suppliers subject to suitable safeguards. Do not send credentials, full project copies or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hola@midala.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security

Measures proportionate to the nature of the information are applied. A specific transfer channel and access scope will be agreed before industrial projects or customer data are exchanged.
